Recently, we have been very busy working on the backend! Additionally, we have some exciting new developments that we would love to share with you.

Unfortunately, we don't have a video this time. However, we have listed the new features for you:

Export your users through the user overview

It is now possible to export the users within your organization. This export includes details such as the type of device and known status issues.

New urgency type

This urgency type only needs to be read by people. In the overview, you can still see who received the alert. Additionally, the sound is less intense.

Monthly report notifications

Through your profile in the Safeguard Dashboard, you can enable this feature. You will now receive a monthly email with a link that allows you to directly export data for your records.

Other updates

Here are a few additional updates:

- Notify people of new bulletin board messages via email.

- Register alerts retrospectively. See here how it works.

- The login process within the app has been adjusted.

- Scenario colors have been changed to a palette that enhances readability.

- Adjustments to the alert overview for better readability.

Dropping support for outdated operating systems

Finally, we would like to announce that Safeguard will no longer support the following versions of iOS and Android starting from 01-10-2024:

iOS 15:

All devices that support iOS 15 can receive an update to iOS 16. Support will be discontinued for, among others, the iPhone SE, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPod touch, and iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus.

Android 9:

For Android devices, version 9 will no longer be supported.
