To ensure all incidents are reported in Safeguard, it is possible to add them retrospectively.
If an incident occurred where Safeguard was not used, it can still be added later to the alerts overview.
This ensures all incidents are centrally registered.
Adding incidents can be done by dashboard users and (location) administrators.
Go to 'alerts' in the dashboard, click on the three dots in the top right corner, and select 'register incident.'
