There are situations where more help is needed than you initially thought. To bring in more emergency responders, there is now the 'escalation' function.
This alerts additional help without disrupting the already present emergency responders.
More grip on understaffing with targeted warnings
Set the desired presence per week for each location. Receive notifications of understaffing with an overview. See this retrospectively in the report.

Direct communication with Push to Talk
Communication is key. Communicate with each other and see immediately who is participating and speaking.
Determine if you want to listen in via headset, Bluetooth, or speaker. Additionally, use the hands-free mode or the red button to communicate.
Updated search function and narrowcasting
Quickly see which emergency responders are present and show important information on a separate screen.
It is now possible to search for guests, function, name, location, and sector name in the presence page.
