As an administrator, you can set warnings in case of understaffing. You can set these warnings in the 'alerts' tab. You can create different measuring points during the week; when the occupancy is below the desired number at the pre-set time or within the set period, you will receive an e-mail about this. Several measuring points can be placed on a day. You can search by location name via the search function.
Add measurements
Click on 'add' to set a measuring point for the occupancy. You can enter the following information:
Day - Select the day on which you want to measure the occupancy.
Time - Select a time or period for the system to perform an automatic presence check.
Minimal occupation - Select the minimum number of app users that must be present at the chosen time.
Receivers (optional) -Here you can select which administrators should receive an email in case of understaffing at the set metering point.
You have 4 options under e-mail notifications:
Direct
Receive an e-mail when there is understaffing at a set period or time. A maximum of 1 E-mail will be sent per period.
Send overview
Receive an email at the end of a period with any moment of understaffing within that period. A maximum of 1 E-mail will be sent per period.
Both
Receive a direct email and receive an overview at the end of the period.
Other: Do not inform
Turn off email notifications for this location.
Good to know: Emails will only be sent if understaffing occurs. No understaffing, no e-mail. This way you will not receive any unnecessary spam.
