Dear admin,
It's time for another update. We've added two new features and visited three customers who opened their doors to us.
Paying a visit to…
Recently, we had the chance to visit a number of customers and capture how these organisations work with Safeguard and safety in practice.
At Amphia, we joined a fire drill in the OR. Breda University of Applied Sciences ran an evacuation drill, where our checklists kept things on track. And at Cardia, we joined our colleague Rens that worked on replacing their pager system with our NEN-certified solution.
We'd like to thank these organisations for having us. Interested in showing how your organisation uses Safeguard to build a safe working environment? Get in touch and let's see what we can create together.
Using the duty phone
Does your organisation work with a shared phone, a department device or a duty phone?
Then the system can't tell whether a responder is actually on duty. We've found a solution for that! The person on duty can now simply sign in on the device at the start of their shift. Signing out happens automatically.
Please note: only available on Android for now. iOS to follow.
Logging minor incidents afterwards
Not every incident starts with an alert through Safeguard. However, it is still valuable to log these incidents afterwards for compliance and your own understanding. It is now possible to do this, as well as add the first responders involved and send them an evaluation form straight away.
