Add crisis managers and call/alert them, even outside locations.

Using the crisismanager module, you can add your crisismanagers to your Safeguard environment. Once they are set up, you can warn or alarm them via the Safeguard app, even if they are not on one of your Safeguard locations.

Appoint regular users as crisismanager

To give a user the additional role of crisismanager, navigate to the profile of this user. Under settings, check the 'Is crisismanager' checkbox as shown below.

Appoint users with the employee role as crisismanager

Users with the employee role can be appointed as crisismanagers too. If your organisation is using the employee module, navigate to 'Administration' > 'Users' > 'Employees'. Click on the pen icon next to the person you want to appoint as crisismanager.

Here you can use the checkbox to appoint that user as crisismanager.

After adding several crisismanagers, you can warn or alarm them via the app. You can read more about this here.
