The reports screen contains an overview of all alerts from the last 90 days and a search field.
The overview shows the following properties of a message:
Alert date;
The location;
The sector;
The reporter;
The scenario used;
The message that was sent with the report;
The status.
When there is a "-" sign, this means that these characteristics do not apply to the relevant report.
1. Search
It is possible to filter the reports based on a search term. The search term can include: location name, sector name, scenario name, and notification message.
2. Status
A report has 2 types of status:
Active alert = orange (Emergency responders present can still receive the alert.)
Alert completed = green (No further emergency responders will be alerted.)
3. Details
When the details icon is clicked on a report, an overview appears with the emergency responders alerted and the status of the report.
Alert detail screen
The alert detail screen contains all information about the response of the emergency responders called. The overview shows which emergency responders have been called in and what their response was.
The alert detail screen also provides insight into the number of emergency responders still required.
To background
Minimise this screen. This action does not affect the alert itself.
Finish report
The alert is marked as completed. This means that no further action is required.
It is also possible to receive an email when an alert has been completed. This way, you are informed even if you are not on site. This can activated through the dashboard via 'your profile' at the top right.
Click on your profile, select 'view profile,' and enable email notifications for resolved notifications.
Status
Unprocessed: The step has not yet been processed. When the green arrows move, the process is still ongoing.
Declined alert: The emergency response officer who received the report has chosen not to go to the alert.
Accepted alert: This means that the emergency response officer has accepted the alert himself.
Evaluation form
When an evaluation form has been completed via the app, a form icon appears for the alert. Click on this icon to navigate to the evaluation form screen.
In this screen you can see all the detailed information of the form. This information includes: version history, description and placed images. When you click on a version, the information of the selected version will be displayed.
Note: At the moment it is not possible to edit the evaluation form via the Dashboard.
Registering Incidents Retrospectively
When Safeguard wasn't used to start an alert, it is also possible to add it to the alerts overview later.
