General

The bulletin board is a solution to support the provision of information to the emergency response organisation. With the bulletin board you can easily share messages, images and links, or schedule them for a later moment.

By using the bulletin board you make it possible for the emergency response officers to always have the company emergency plan or protocols within reach.

Message (type)

The message type can be used to share texts. These can be provided with images, videos and, for example, telephone numbers.

Image (type)

The image type is shown in the overview in the apps as a message but with the possibility to zoom in and with the support of screen rotation.

Link (type)

The link type can be used to share direct links. For example, a direct link to an intranet website, or a Youtube video.

File (type)

The file type can be used to share a PDF-file. These files will be available in the bulletin board for your organisation and can be used for easy access to important information or, for example, first aid guidelines to refresh your memory.

Files have limit of 50mb upload size. Not enough? Contact our helpdesk, and we can help optimising your large file.

Survey (type)

It is possible to send surveys to users. These can be completed via the app. You can then view or export the results through the dashboard.

Read more about survey options and how to create them here.

Share with organisation or only with a location

It is possible to share a message for the entire organisation. Think, for example, of news or updates of emergency response protocols. It is also possible to only share messages, images or links with a specific location. This could be used, for example, for specific protocols or an evacuation plan.

If a location is selected, the notification will be sent to everyone who has selected this default location, and to the users present at this location. See how to set a default location here.

While creating a message, it is possible to choose who you want to share it with. If you want to change this later, you can do this via the options on the right side of a message board.

Don't see these options? Then press Clipboard in the left menu bar, and then on edit (pencil icon) of the message to be edited.

Change status

By default, a message has the Draft status until the message is published or scheduled. Publish or schedule via the button at the bottom right.

Tip: You can always revert a scheduled or published message back to draft. To do this, use the drop-down menu at the top right of the image above.
