Default groups

Safeguard automatically creates groups such as emergency responders, employees, and crisis managers, depending on active modules.

Within your Safeguard dashboard, you may have noticed that there are one or more groups that you did not create yourself.

These groups depend on the modules of your organisation. If the employee or crisis manager module is enabled, you will automatically see a group for all employees and/or all crisis managers.

What are default groups?

For each type of user, there is an automatically populated group available:

All emergency responders: This group automatically includes all emergency responders of your organisation.

All employees: This group automatically includes all employees in an organisation.

All crisis managers: This group automatically includes all crisis managers of an organisation. Employees who are marked as crisis managers are also included in this list.

Can I modify these groups?

No, these groups cannot be modified. Default groups function just like regular groups, except they are always fully automated. Therefore, it is not possible to, for example, remove members from them.
