The June update includes an extension to the reporting function, adding a poll functionality to the bulletin board and adjustments to the presence screen in the app.

The analytics feature is updated. You can now immediately see on which days you are structurally understaffed.

Setup warnings and immediately see on which days this frequently occurs. You can also easily compare the presence of different groups. Set up a warning and immediately see where there may be understaffing.

Send surveys to your organisation via the bulletin board. You can immediately view or download the results in an Excel file.

Send a silent alert via a scenario, or set yourself to silent mode.

Silent scenarios are an additional option when setting up a scenario sound. This is on by default and can only be configured for a scenario.

Silent mode is a separate feature. By default this function is off. Send us a message if you want to enable this feature for your organisation.
