The August update includes, among other things, a change in resolving an alert, and we have added automatically populated groups.
We are excited to explain the changes to you (English subtitles available):
Better distinction between alerts
The way to resolve the alert has been adjusted. Previously, an alert was automatically completed when there were enough emergency responders. That has now been adjusted to 12 hours.
This provides more flexibility, overview and expansion options in the future. If you have ideas about what information you would like to see with an alert, please let us know.
Default (auto-populated) groups
Within the group overview you will find an automatically managed group with all emergency responders.
Each user who is invited is automatically added to the group. There are groups for emergency responders, employees and crisis managers.
An update on the status of the evaluation form
Behind the scenes we are working on making the evaluation form accessible in the dashboard. You will also soon be able to add your own templates so that you can use them quickly.
This was planned for this update, but due to the size of this it will be released in a later update.
Changes to supported versions and terms
Discontinuing support for outdated phones
Finally, we would like to announce that as of November 1, 2023, Safeguard will no longer support the following versions of iOS and Android:
iOS
13 & 14. All devices currently running iOS 13 can receive an update to iOS 15. This means that the minimum supported iPhone model will be the iPhone 6S.
Android
Versions 8 and 8.1 will no longer be supported for Android devices.
Adjustments to terms and conditions
