Who can use this feature

👥 Location admins and admins of an organisation

🖥 Available in the Safeguard Dashboard

💎 Part of the exercise module, which Safeguard switches on for your organisation

The exercise is over and you want to record how it went. You give a final score, write down your conclusion and fill in any criteria that are still open. Later, you can see per exercise what went well and what your team is still working on.

Evaluating an exercise

  1. After completing the exercise, choose Evaluate and discuss exercise. If you evaluate later, open the exercise from Planning or Analytics.

  2. Click Evaluate exercise.

  3. Under Final evaluation, choose a score from 1 to 10.

  4. Write your conclusion in Final evaluation note.

  5. Go through the criteria under Evaluation per scenario and choose Good, Point of attention, Wrong or Not assessed wherever nothing is selected yet.

  6. Click Close evaluation.

The dashboard saves everything you choose and write straight away. On the left, General shows the duration and who took part, and Timeline shows the exercise alert.

The page of the completed exercise then shows your score and your note. Use View evaluation to change the evaluation later. Any admin can do this, as can any location admin of that location.

Use the eye icon to view the completed exercise. Only completed exercises are listed here, newest first. You find planned and cancelled exercises in the calendar under Planning. Exercise alerts are not listed with the regular alerts, and exporting exercises is not possible yet.
