To round off the year properly, we’re introducing a feature that has been highly requested for quite some time and makes life as an administrator just that little bit easier.
Enter holiday periods with confidence
It’s essential to always have enough emergency response officers available, even during public holidays. You could already look back in the reports to see when staffing levels were insufficient, but the future can still hold some uncertainty.
That’s why you can now easily check, for example before the summer holidays, who will be available on site.
Easy to complete
In the app, responders can directly indicate whether they are available or unavailable. They can also add a reason, which can be useful if, for instance, you need colleagues who usually work from home to come into the office.
Fill in your standard schedule
Responders can set up a standard schedule if needed. These recurring days (such as work-from-home days or a fixed day off) will then be pre-filled automatically.
