The dashboard has had a makeover. Alongside some minor visual tweaks, the focus was on usability. Because nobody wants unnecessary frustrations in this heat.
Automatically start an evaluation
No need to run back to your laptop to kick off an evaluation anymore. After closing a report, you can now automatically send out an evaluation form.
That way you won’t have to hurry, and people can share their feedback right away.
Faster searching with filters
By now, more than 2,000 administrators are using the Safeguard dashboard.
To make managing things easier, you can now filter by the options you’re probably already looking for most often.
For example, quickly check whose phone might not be set up correctly, see who’s active or inactive, or instantly archive all reports from the last time the fire alarm panel was in test mode.
That’s a lot less time wasted searching!
Selections that stick
You may know this situation: you want to add several people to a group. You tick Michael Müller, then search for someone else, tick them as well, and hit “Add”… only to realize in the end that we added Michael Müller and forgot everyone else.
Those days are over. From now on, we'll remember the selection, even when you search or move between pages.
A small change, but one that saves Michael Müller from being lonely in the group.
