Who can use this features

👥 Location admins and admins of an organisation

🖥 Configurable in Safeguard Dashboard

💡 You can find your checklists via the alerts screen in the app or when an alert is made.

You can edit, add or delete existing checklists within the 'checklists' tab under "administration". These checklist can exist out of internal procedures that app users have to follow when alerted via the Safeguard app.

Creating a checklist

Click on 'Add' to create a new checklist. You will have several options to select and/or fill out:

Name: Enter a name for the checklist. The name will be shown to app users.

Icon: You can select an appropriate icon from a selection of icons. This icon will be shown in the app.

Location specific: Choose a specific location for which the checklist has to be shown in the app. App users will only see the checklist when they are on the specified location.

Group specific: If the checklist should only be viewed by a certain group of users, you can use this checkbox.

Also show when present on location - If you select this checkbox, this checklist will always be shown when an app user is on one of your organisation's locations. This checkbox will only be visible if the checklist itself is not location specific.

Checklist collaboration

Team checklists are checklists which have collaboration enabled. Emergency responders will see live updates of completed tasks during an alert.

Adding items to the checklist

Click on 'Add Head-item' to add the first part of the checklist. You can use a variation of head and subitems to create these checklists. When you are done, click on the green 'save button'. It might take some time for the checklist to be shown in the app; try switching tabs to refresh the checklists within the app.

Changing item order

Now that you added some items, you might want to reorder them. To do this use the little handle bars to drag-and-drop the items to the desired spot. A handle bar is a button with 6 dots:
