Who can use this feature?

For additional security regarding login, you can enable two-factor authentication in your profile. After entering your login credentials, will need to enter a verification code before you can log in to the dashboard. Once you enter the correct code, you will be logged in.

This code is available through email, SMS or authenticator apps.

Enable Two-Factor Authentication:

  1. Log in to the dashboard.

  2. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen.

  3. Click on 'Your profile.'

  4. Click on 'Set primary method.'

  5. Choose the method you want to use for 2FA and click 'Set up.'

  6. Select the desired authorization method and follow the on-screen instructions.

  7. Two-factor authentication is now set up for your profile.

The next time you log in to the Safeguard Dashboard, you will receive a verification code via the chosen method (Email or SMS). If you are using an authenticator app, enter the code displayed in the app.
