When you want to also warn the neighbors during a Safeguard call, this is possible.
The neighbors will be warned via an SMS message on their phone.
Below, we explain how you, as a (location) manager, can set up and execute this.
Log in to the dashboard
Click on management in the left sidebar
Then click on locations in the top bar
Click on edit and the location opens
Check the checkbox 'neighbors to be warned in emergencies'
Click on 'add neighbor'
Then enter the name of the neighbor and their mobile phone number
Save the location
The neighbor or neighbors are now added to the location. This does not mean they are immediately notified of every call. You can specify per call whether the neighbors need to be warned.
You can indicate this during the setup of a scenario or manually check it during a separate call.
