The December update focuses on user-friendliness and includes the following changes: a revamped alert overview and detail screen, a dedicated tab for checklists, improved manual presence on Android (iOS coming soon), and more.

Check out the key changes of the new update below.

Alert details and checklist changes

The overview includes a timeline with information about the alerts and any escalations. From now on, checklists will display progress.

Manual presence changes on Android (iOS coming soon)

For individuals who frequently manually check in at a location, we've streamlined the process. Previous choices are remembered, and you can make quick adjustments all in one overview.

Tip: You can add this as a quick action to the home screen of your app. Learn how.

Support for Authenticator Apps

From now on, it is possible to enable two-step verification using trusted authenticator apps. This can be configured in your profile and is only available for users of the Safeguard dashboard.

A man-down system integration with panic buttons

Emergency buttons for man-down detection are now available. More information will be provided soon. Eager to explore the possibilities? Feel free to contact us.
