The alerts tab shows the alerts that have been created at the location in recent times. These are alerts going back up to 90 days. When you tap on the desired alert, you can view the details of the alert.
In this detail screen you can see:
The message that was sent with the alert
In the top right corner, the checklists associated with the alert
The button to enter the push-to-talk channel
The evaluation form can also be found here if it has been started
