Within the profile tab in the app there are several options:

In this screen you will find all your user information. If this information is incorrect, please inform your admin.

Your user information consists of: name, your role as an emergency responder, your e-mail adres and your phone number.

To be recognised by other emergency responders you can set your profile picture. Press the camera icon, you will now have the option to upload an existing photo from your phone or to take a new one using the camera.

If you are in need of support, do not hesitate to contact us. You can start a chat from within the app. You can share relevant screenshots using this chat as well. We will answer your question as soon as possible, you will be notified via the app when there is a response.
