Emergency responders can be alerted directly from the app when you're present at a location.

Sending an alert

To send an alert from within the Safeguard app you can press on the bell in the bottom of the screen and press the 'Notify Emergency Responders' button. There you will see a text box where you can enter the appropriate message that will be sent with the alert. When you press 'send report', all present emergency responders will be alerted.

Sending an alert using a predefined scenario

Safeguard admins can create scenario's to make the process of alerting faster and easier. Scenario's are predefined alerts with a standard message and number of users to be alerted. If there are scenario's available for your location they will be shown above the text box.

When you select a scenario, the standard message provided with the scenario will be shown. You can enter additional information in the text box below, such as location, room number, floor, etc.
