To provide the Safeguard app with the latest update, we ask you to update the app via the Google Play Store.

1. Open the Google Play Store (or click here) on your phone; you can find it among the installed application on your phone.

2. Search for 'Safeguard' in the search bar. Then click on this app.

3. Click on 'update' to download and install the latest version of the app.

You can prevent this in the future by enabling automatic updates for the Safeguard app. Click on the three dots in the right corner, as shown in the image above. Then make sure 'auto-update' is turned on.
