If the push notifications are not set properly, Safeguard cannot alert you in an emergency. You can fix this with the following steps:

1. Go to the general settings of your phone.

2. Press 'Apps'

3. Then search for 'Safeguard' and select it.

4. Press 'notifications'.

5. Then select all the categories that are displayed as shown in the image below.
