When the GPS/location services of your phone are turned off or not set properly, the Safeguard app cannot function properly. To set the GPS settings on your iPhone correctly, you can take the following steps:

1. Go to iPhone general settings.

2. Press 'Privacy'

3. Click on 'Location services'

4. Make sure general location services are turned on.

5. Then select Safeguard from the list of apps and make sure that the location permission is set to 'Always'.
